Returns policy
The product can be returned to the seller within 14 days from the delivery of the product to the buyer in Lithuania, within 30 days in the European Union and other countries. 1. Return of goods
1.1. In order to exercise his right to withdraw from a distance contract without specifying a reason, with the exception of the exceptions provided for in Article 6.22810, Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, the buyer may do so in Lithuania within 14 days, in the European Union and in other countries within 30 days from the day of delivery of the goods to the buyer, informing the seller by e-mail. mail: shop.in.dreve@gmail.com. 1.2. The buyer is refunded the amount related to the product after deducting the seller's delivery costs. However, the cost of returning the goods to the seller is paid by the buyer himself.
1.3. The returned item must be undamaged, unused, in the same package as the buyer received it, without losing its merchandise appearance. This clause does not apply in case of return of defective product.
1.4. The seller has the right not to accept the goods returned by the buyer, if the buyer does not follow the procedure for returning the goods set out in clauses 1.1-1.4 of these rules.
1.5. If the buyer returns a product purchased with a discount, the amount paid for the product is returned with the valid discount.
1.6. The money is returned to the buyer's bank account no later than within 14 days. from the receipt of the goods. The refund is made only to the bank account of the same person who bought the product. The name and surname must match the name and surname of the bank account holder.
Return of defective goods:
1.10. A low-quality product is considered:
1.10.1. A product that clearly does not correspond to the information provided by the seller, has flaws or other noticeable defects.
1.10.2. Product not suitable for normal use.
1.10.3. The product does not meet the quality indicators that are usually typical for products of the same type.
1.11. The product is not considered to be of poor quality and clauses 1.13-1.15 are not valid if the buyer did not carefully read the description of the product when ordering the product and wants to return the product due to the wrong color, model, size. In such a case, the buyer can exercise his right to withdraw from the distance contract without specifying a reason, except for the exceptions provided for in Article 6.22810, Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, within 14 days in Lithuania, within 30 days in the European Union and other countries from the day of delivery of the goods to the buyer, in accordance with points 1.1-1.4 of the rules according to the established procedure.
1.12. The product is not considered defective if the product's appearance or properties have changed due to improper maintenance, normal and normal use and wear and tear of the product.
1.13. The buyer, believing that he has purchased a low-quality product, must inform the seller by e-mail. by e-mail: shop.in.dreve@gmail.com, attaching photos or videos of the defective product and/or parcel, depicting the problem.
1.14. When a low-quality product is returned, the seller undertakes to replace the low-quality product with a similar high-quality product or to return the money to the buyer at the buyer's option.
1.15. The returned defective product cannot be additionally mechanically damaged by the buyer. When returning the product, it is necessary to present a paper (printed) document of its purchase.
1.16. The seller has the right not to accept the goods returned by the buyer, if the buyer does not follow the procedure for returning the goods set out in clauses 1.13-1.14 of these rules.
1.17. The cost of returning a defective product is paid by the seller. The costs are returned together with the amount of money paid for the product, by bank transfer. The seller recommends returning goods via Lithuanian Post, sending the goods by registered mail or parcel. When returning the product, the buyer must send the seller a document proving the money paid for the return of the product (a copy of the check or invoice). If the buyer chooses a different delivery method than the one recommended by the seller, the additional costs incurred by the buyer are not refunded.
1.18. When returning a defective product, the buyer must inform the seller about it, by e-mail. by e-mail: shop.in.dreve@gmail.com, where the buyer's contacts, purchase document, date of purchase, bank account number belonging to the buyer should be clearly indicated. Also a document proving the expenses related to the return (1.17). Waiter within 14 days undertakes to return the money paid for the product and its return by transferring it to the bank account indicated by the buyer.
